Marshall Island Nominee Services FAQ

 The Nominee Member will act on your behalf for purposes of registering the DAO LLC in the Marshall Islands with MIDAO (midao.org), the Marshall Islands registry for DAO LLCs. This process involves signing the Certificate of Formation, Foreign Investment Business License Application, and Operating Agreement, completing the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process and other background checks. Upon annual registration renewal, MINS will work with MIDAO on your behalf to meet all registrar renewal requirements.
