 Keep your true identity private and confidential in government records and on company documents with MINS – Marshall Islands nominee services for DAOs. MINS will be your Nominee Member and act on your behalf as agreed in a Nominee Member Agreement. 

 The Nominee Member will act on your behalf for purposes of registering the DAO LLC in the Marshall Islands with MIDAO (midao.org), the Marshall Islands registry for DAO LLCs. This process involves signing the Certificate of Formation, Foreign Investment Business License Application, and Operating Agreement, completing the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process and other background checks. 

 Upon annual registration renewal, MINS will work with MIDAO on your behalf to meet all registrar renewal requirements. The information on nominee status will be indicated along with the Nominee Member’s signature in accordance with Financial Action Task Force (“FATF”) guidelines to enhance transparency without disclosing your identity.
